Ah, freedom from the stiffling enforcement of the dance teacher. Definitely no Julliard in our future but needless to say, she likes to wear tutus now (and we have 5 of them) so we signed up for the summer session to make use of them.

While I was on my vacation to Kevin's Graduation Vince found a California Desert Tortoise. He's bigger than he looks in the photo. And is name is Pokey. I call him Hokey Pokey to keep with the theme of names I have going with our other turtles.

Races

Obviously the left pic is the start and right pic is the finissh. This was Santa Monica Classic 10K. I got 1st in my division out of 145 women and 30th overall out of 965 women. It was a big race.

Kevin's Graduation

Yeah, this blog is usually about the kids but the fact that this post is kind of about my first vacation since Christmas 2005 I thought it worthy. Well, and also because Uncle Kevin is so awesome. :-))

Just Miscellaneous Pictures

On a Saturday ride on the coast with Nina...now that I see our pictures next to each other it's kinda funny how our taste in riding clothes is so similar...even our cars. Nina in red, me in blue.

I'm not entirely sure what they were up to but it looks like it might have been a special moment. If I remember correctly, someone probably started shrieking as I went to put the camera back.

Milo's Second Birthday

Hmmm, I wonder why there aren't more pictures...just a video with some really terrible singing? Oh well. At the end of the birthday clip you will see a prime example of why Milo always has some kind of fat lip or bloody nose.

And a video of Vince playing a game with the kids that they call "High Sky" but I video-ed with the camera sideways. Oops! Anyone know how to edit that? I've got a handful of clips with that particular mistake.

Ugh, I'm late posting this month

It totally slipped my mind for the first time in 4 years! Is it really possible that we've been to Magic Mountain twice and DisneyLand once in roughly a month? I guess so, lots of pics of us at those places, so here goes...
